The Relay Enterprise edition includes all four existing modules (File Open, Conflicts, Check, & Expense) as well as the Relay Tool Kit. The Tool Kit is intended for the firm's internal developers to modify existing workflow states, transitions, data fields, look-ups and data sources and create new workflow applications.

The firm must implement at least one of the standard modules before developing one of their own. The purpose is to familiarize the client with our terms and development procedures so they can better develop other workflow modules.

The Tool Kit is used in conjunction with Microsoft's Visual Studio .Net. Relay requires at least one developer to go through a certification program with Relay trainers and developers.
