Internal check requests for filing fees, invoices, dues and many other daily expenses can be cumbersome and difficult to track.

Relay Check enables your firm to automate and consolidate your internal check requests through one entry point. Relay's wizard entry screens allow quick entry of information for the professionals while our full form based interface allows office personnel to see and edit all required information. In short, Relay Check makes sure all essential data is entered and edited quickly.

Relay Check's workflow guides the request through the process and automatically verifies spending limits and employee ranks to ensure all the necessary approvals are met before the check is sent to accounting.

The web and email-based interface allows responsible parties to easily manage personnel, client, matter, and request information in real time from virtually anywhere within the firm. In fact, from the moment users submit requests for reimbursement, Relay Expense tracks their progress from imaging receipts to reviewing requests—all the way to reconciling checks.

The accounting department can audit all requests or spot audit random requests. The actual percentage of requests audited is configurable. Repeat offenders can be added to a blacklist to make sure all requests are audited. This can be a large time saver for overworked accounting departments.

Relay Check integrates with Aderant and Elite time & billing systems. We leverage the existing data for clients, matters, expense types, disbursement and GL offset codes. Relay also provides integration with Interwoven’s Worksite for documents or with QuickImage Imaging Software to facilitate scanning and attaching the needed back up documentation for each request.
